Large and Small Deviations in Boltzmann-Grad Limit

In these lectures I address the large deviation principle and central limit theorem for deterministic and stochastic particle systems with finite mean free path. In particular, I show how the presence of some stochasticity in the dynamics leads to the regularity of the microscopic collision terms.
